It's a great day for LPC! Huge congrats to Josh Kelley for being promoted to our new National Manager, Learning & Talent Development! From starting on site in the Southeast region to being a part of leadership in the Midwest, Josh has been a member of the Circle of Honor for being promoted from within, and now the Circle of Honor Elite for joining the national LPC team! Read below for his bio:

Joshua’s career with Lincoln Property Company began in 2002 as a leasing consultant in the Southeast region. From 2003 to 2007, Joshua managed an extensive renovation of an Atlanta property for developer sellout. He handled all aspects of Lincoln Property Company’s involvement in the condominium conversion such as management of the apartments prior to conversion, overseeing renovations, and performing duties as a sales agent to assist in selling homes in the community prior to turnover. He then took over responsibilities as a multi-site manager, handling multiple Homeowners’ Associations in his portfolio.

During this time, Joshua earned the title of Certified Training Associate and trained employees to use Lincoln Property Company’s management software systems. This experience led to his promotion to Regional Training Director of the Midwest in 2010, and subsequently to Senior Regional Director of Learning & Talent Development. In this role, Joshua was responsible for overseeing the Midwest Learning & Talent Development team regarding new hire training, continuing education, employee assessments, and support throughout the region. He received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
