We are pleased to announce Theresa Kaiser-White as Lincoln Property Company’s Vice President of Asset Management and Procurement. Theresa’s 31 years of multifamily experience provides a strong foundation for her ability to offer national asset management support for Lincoln. Executive-level oversight of asset financial performance, capital and value enhancement plans, and property investment strategy are key components to this role. Ms. Kaiser-White will be working closely with regional leadership teams for Lincoln-owned assets along with a handful of key Institutional client partnerships. In addition to providing asset management solutions, Theresa will be heading up procurement efforts at Lincoln. Strategic emphasis on procurement will benefit Lincoln Property Company through reduced risk exposure, consistency in practice, product quality control, and competitive pricing through national accounts.
Ms. Kaiser-White began her career in the multi-housing industry in 1985 and was quickly promoted to a management position in 1987. Theresa then joined Lincoln Property Company in June of 1990. During her twenty-six year tenure with Lincoln, she has been instrumental to the success of multiple property acquisitions and numerous new construction lease-ups. Ms. Kaiser-White has managed diverse types of assets including garden, mixed-use, and high-rise products. Theresa has been intricately involved in the planning and execution of more than 20 major rehabilitation projects involving a capital investment of over fifty million dollars. Most recently, as Vice President in the Southwest region, Theresa’s responsibilities included overseeing operations for a diverse portfolio of 9,500 units in the D/FW Metro area for more than 20 clients.
Ms. Kaiser-White is a graduate from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. Theresa holds the CPM® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is currently pursuing a CCIM® designation through the CCIM Institute.
