Lincoln Property Company, the nation's second largest multi-family manager, has been awarded management of The Henry and the Sheffield SoNo in the Northeast. These apartment communities, owned by Spirit Investment Partners, are located in Pomona, New York and Norwalk, Connecticut respectively. The Henry has undergone several renovations and a full rebrand since 2014, transforming from the community previously known as Avalon Crystal Hill. The Henry now represents the essence of aspirational, modern, and accessible luxury. Changes include a new logo and set of brand standards. According to Spirit Investment Partners, "In an environment of choice, we seek to establish ourselves as a destination for residents. The Henry's focus is on fun, modern, rustic simplicity, combining the beautiful, rural landscape of Rockland County with the convenience and amenities of city living." Unit upgrades have been initiated on site including granite countertops, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances and fixtures. As of October 5, 2015, 118 of the 169 units have been renovated. The Sheffield SoNo, formerly known as the Jefferson at 55/77 Water, has been under Lincoln Property Company management since August 24, 2015. This 136-unit, modern, waterfront apartment community is located in the heart of South Norwalk and boasts stainless steel appliance packages, gas stoves, quartz countertops, Nest thermostats, and premium waterfront views. However, additional renovations are on the schedule for 2015, including new carpet, fresh paint, a new clubroom, and an expanded fitness center.
