The National Apartment Association announced the winners of its annual awards program on May 5, 2014 in Arlington, Virginia where the association named the LPC-managed community, Highgrove, as "Best Community, Less than 5 Years (under 150 units)" in the Builders, Owners and Developers category. Highgrove, located in Stamford, Connecticut, is a Class A+ development with 92 luxury apartments. The National Apartment Association will recognize all 2014 PARAGON award winners during the Awards breakfast on June 21, at the 2014 NAA Education Conference and Exposition in Denver, Colorado. The NAA Community of the Year, chosen among the communities that won category-specific PARAGON awards in 2014, will be announced at the breakfast.
