The Grand at Legacy West, a brand new 621 unit apartment community located in the Legacy West shopping and dining area, has officially opened their leasing office as of July 8, 2016. The community is under the professional management of Lincoln Property Company, the second-largest multifamily manager in the United States, and is being developed by Columbus Realty Partners.

The massive community is expected to provide housing options to support an exploding Plano population. Additionally, Liberty Mutual Insurance is expected to bring over 5,000 employees to their new Legacy West campus by the end of 2017.
