Clemson, South Carolina — Grand Campus Living has been awarded the management of GrandMarc Clemson, a 524-bed student housing community being developed by Phoenix Property Company and Homes Urban Properties.

Typical of projects developed by Phoenix, GrandMarc Clemson features outstanding design, the best amenities in the market, and superior apartment finishes.

Serving the Clemson University student, GrandMarc, a new development, will offer 2 and 4-bedroom options. Double occupancy will be offered on select 2-bedroom floor plans. Floor plans have open and modern layouts, featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances.

Community amenities will include a central outdoor amenity area with community grills, a luxury pool, sand volleyball courts, and bocce ball facilities.
