We encourage and take pride in our diversity; it’s the right thing to do and it’s imperative for our continued success and growth. And we have long been committed to providing each of our team members with the tools and knowledge to be intentional in demonstrating these behaviors.
In 2020, we partnered with a third-party consultant to create a Diversity & Inclusion task force, whose mission is to drive awareness, promote culture, evaluate training, and develop policies and procedures to promote workplace diversity and inclusion. As part of their remit, they oversaw the creation and rollout of a mandatory company-wide Diversity & Inclusion training program. Its curriculum reinforces how we: respect all individuals; maintain and promote diverse workplaces; offer the opportunity to fully realize professional goals; and remain competitive in the marketplace as an employer and manager of choice.
