In 2020, we partnered with a third-party consultant to create a Diversity & Inclusion task force, whose mission is to drive awareness, promote culture, evaluate training, and develop policies and procedures to promote workplace diversity and inclusion. As part of their remit, they oversaw the creation and rollout of a mandatory company-wide Diversity & Inclusion training program. Its curriculum reinforces how we: respect all individuals; maintain and promote diverse workplaces; offer the opportunity to fully realize professional goals; and remain competitive in the marketplace as an employer and manager of choice. At Willow Bridge, every voice is heard, respected and valued.
