Lincoln Property Company, the second largest apartment management firm in the US, recently announced the appointment of Christina Bolter as Vice President of their Mid-Atlantic Region. In her new position she will oversee more than 8,000 units in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland and New Jersey.
Executive Vice President of Residential Management, Scott Wilder, says that Bolter’s leadership of their already successful Mid-Atlantic team will enable Lincoln Property Company to expand its presence in the market while continuing to maintain their excellent record of performance.
“Christina’s vast experience and extensive knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic Region makes her the ideal candidate for this critical position within our organization,” says Wilder.
Bolter has been in the industry for nearly 20 years. In this time she managed all types of real estate and gained extensive experience in acquisitions, repositions, renovations, receiverships, new constructions, lease-ups and physically and financially stressed assets.
“I am honored to join the well-established Lincoln team,” says Bolter. “I look forward to continuing to build our presence in the Mid-Atlantic by pairing Lincoln’s national leadership with our local expertise.”
Prior to joining Lincoln, Bolter most recently served as the Director of Property Management at Bonaventure Realty Group where she had a portfolio of 5,000 units. She has also held positions in the Mid-Atlantic Region at Kettler and Trammell Crow, Greystar and Riverstone Residential.
