moved in recently, everythings really nice here. AC works good, apartment is spacious and clean, walls are a little weathered down from age. neighbors are nice, tho been seeing some dog poop and pee outside of apartment doors and on the stairs in my building kind of gross, victoria at the front was super helpful and nice when i was signing the lease and moving in id recommend this place See more...

It seems to always be a battle with management when we are in need of something for our unit and I believe we should not have to be go through this sometimes I don't want to ask for things that are needed because of this. See more...

Staff is friendly and supportive; Victoria has always been willing to help me with any questions I have. Maintenance has always been timely and professional. The complex is quiet and peaceful.

i love living here! the location is amazing, staff is friendly, and neighbors seem friendly. the interior is beautiful. i have a noisy upstairs neighbor, but ya can’t win em all. the only real concern is trash location and parking hunger games. it’s a little unpleasant taking the trash out when you are closer to the entrance. parking is super scarce during the evening. if i leave for 10mins i run the risk of having to park on the other side of the parking lot. my experience has been great though! Like it here. Wish there was an Amazon hub here would make getting packages easier. Need more dog stations. There are so many people that don’t pick up after their pets

Overall it’s good experience. Its mear to my office and markets. The only problem is in summer, my apartment becomes the house for roaches and flies inspite of keeping the apartment neat and clean.

I have to say that this complex is going bad ( it was great when I moved here in 2020 ) but this past year it’s been degraded, parked cars getting banged up by other cars parking and hitting them and these people don’t have the decency to leave a note as to how to contact them to discuss the incident. My car was hit also on the front headlights and broken . No note no nothing to contact them . To many things going on on weekends when office is closed and late at night . Cars driving in to complex on wrong side of gate , I almost got hit head on as I was going out and white truck drove up so fast to enter on the wrong side . The least the complex company should do is invest in cameras . Also tenants do not follow contract rules regarding their animals pooping and not picking up . See more...

Been here almost 4 years. Haven’t any and major issues. Minor stuff here and there, but the complex has been quick to fix it and not fight us on anything. Love the location

I have enjoyed living here the past 2 years. The front office is friendly and maintenance team is fast at completing work orders. The location is great and close to the highway.

Overall it’s good experience. Location is nearer to workplace, markets, malls. The only problem is loads of roaches and ants in the apartment ( inspite of keeping the apartment clean and performing roach treatment, it’s still there). See more...

Recommend to take upgraded apartments. Community is so nice Safe, Secure and peaceful. I took a non upgraded apartment and i face some hiccups. No noise. Easy commute to all stores. Safe and secured

I live my building and neighbors. I have had an amazing time so far at this apartment complex and the staff had been nothing but great. The only complaint I have is that the building is pretty dated, so things break often (ice machine, A/C, handles) and the appliances are a little old (all white) but other than that it’s really spacious and perfect. Location is convenient and there’s lots to walk to, I wouldn’t leave this general area though to be safe. See more...

Really like it here. It’s close to everything and only 10 mins away from work. Maintenance is amazing. Only issue is Other residents don’t pick up after their pets. Not sure if maybe need more doggie stations or people just jerks. See more...

I accidentally rated the staff 1 star and I couldn't fix it. They get 5 stars. Maintenance is great. When I first moved here centuries ago you could use the gym 24/7. Can't anymore which blows goatnads. Wish they'd make it so I can access it. Sucks losing a feature. See more...
