The area is perfect for outdoor lovers as you’re surrounded by numerous state parks and just a short drive to Lake Welch Beach, where you can put your feet in the sand or go camping.

Tucked away in a quiet suburban area, our Delmar apartments are ideal for those looking to live outside of the city. The area still offers plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options while also providing easy access to Albany, which is just ten miles away.

And, if you ever decide you want to venture further out, take a day trip down to New York City or spend the weekend at Niagara Falls. You’ll love discovering everything this great state has to offer!
